• Regularly assessed contractual risk in range of agreements, such as lease, finance, IT, construction and vendor contracts, reviewing liability allocation, indemnity, insurance and compliance, feeding into commercial, legal and procurement teams
• Senior claims roles, including managing team of counsel handling lawyers' negligence claims, providing insurance response to Cyber incidents and property losses, and claims counsel for marine claims

• As a lawyer in legal practice in BC, drafted liability, indemnity and insurance provisions for infrastructure project, advised on business sales and commercial agreements, and developed procurement materials
• Called to the Bar in British Columbia, Canada (since 2014), and Advocate in South Africa (1998)
• Accredited Director (Acc. Dir.) designation, Chartered Governance Institute of Canada (since 2023)
